As part of the consolidation of the transit operations sector, the issuance of final authorisations to the Commissionaires en Douane Acréés (CDA) and the desire to establish an automated management system of sureties, all CDAs are requested to provide by 15 August 2019 at the latest to the secretariat of the Directorate of Legislation and International Relations (DLRI) the compound file as follows:

• A written request addressed to DGDDI;
• A deposit of 50.000.000 and a valid tax certificate;
• Proof of capital release of 100.000.000;
• The Director's curriculum vitae;
• The company's statutes;
• A copy of the provisional approval.

In any event, those CDAs that did not meet these requirements after the above time limit will have their provisional approval withdrawn or suspended.
