This Friday, September 17, 2021, took place in the conference room of the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights, phase 3 of the training of customs students on risk analysis and intelligence. This training was given by Colonel AKINOTHO DOSSA Héloïse and Commander NOWADJROU, all WCO accredited experts on risk analysis and intelligence. The purpose of this training is to enable customs officers to explain and apply risk management in all customs activities. Specifically, at the end of the training, each officer will be able to (i) define and understand the concepts of Risk and Risk Management, (ii) know and master the objectives, principles and levels, and the benefits and costs of risk management.

This training was not possible without the support of the Minister of State for Economy and Finance and his entire cabinet.
