This Tuesday 20 August 2019 was held at the meeting room of the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights, a working session between the executives of the General Directorate of Customs with at its head the Colonel Charles Inousa SACCA, Director General and a delegation composed of Chinese experts, executives of the Ministries in charge of Agriculture and Foreign Affairs. This session follows the Chinese Experts' Working Visit to Benin as part of the risk analysis for the export of soybeans from Benin to China.

After the introductions, the various parties welcomed the actual holding of this meeting, which allowed the customs to present the various export taxes (Contribution to the RResearch HAVEand the Taxis Voirie )

Issues related to scanning, phytosanitary certificate, packaging, approved economic operators status were also addressed.

The Chinese delegation was satisfied with the answers to all its concerns and the administration seized the opportunity to distribute the information leaflets to the Chinese Experts.
