General Aviation Surveillance and Control: COLIBRI project strengthens the capacity of Beninese customs and police officers

To equip Benin Police, Civil Aviation and Customs officials on the control of general aviation. This is the objective of this training session organised by the World Customs Organisation (Omd) and the European Union (Ue). Specifically, it will build capacity on the international legal framework, general aviation infrastructure and activities, behavioural analysis, aircraft and mark registers, aircraft control, sources of information, etc. This training is part of the Colibri project, an Omd initiative funded by the EU.
