1. PREPARABLE FORMALITIES EFFECTED BY THE DECLARANT

• Issue its customs declaration under the appropriate transit procedure (IM8, EX3, EX8...);
• Payment of duties, taxes and charges against BFU paid or paid after liquidation (for units that do not have a single window);
• Load its cargo if necessary after grouping the documents of the others.

The registrant must report the exact number of trucks in ASYCUDA WORLD .

2. EMISSION OF THE ELECTRONIC MONITORING BORDER

The declarant shall submit to the admissibility of the starting site a file consisting of a copy of each of the following documents:

For maritime borders

• Good Driving (BAC);
• BFU set;
• Truck call;
• Interchange or delivery note of the consignee;
• Truck parts (grey card, certificate of insurance and technical inspection);
• Driver parts (driver permits);
• Mobile phone number of the registrant and driver;
• E-mail address of the registrant;
• Name of carrier.

For land borders

• Good to Drive;
• Payment exit;
• Truck parts;
• Driver's room;
• Mobile phone numbers of the registrant and driver;
• E-mail address of the registrant;
• Name of carrier.

3. POSITION OF LAISSING AND BALISE

The driver must leave immediately after placing the beacon

4. ELECTRONIC MONITORING OF THE CARGION

• Respect travel time in accordance with Service Note 4330/DGDDI/DLRI of 21/12/2017;
• Follow the corridor (do not leave the road);
• Park only in authorized parks;
• 3 times 15 minutes of authorized stops without alarm in unsecured areas throughout the trip;
• Call in case of breakdown.

5. INSPECTION OF THE ARRANGEMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE TRAJET

• Upon arrival of the truck at the border, the driver must go to the BC/Customs office for visual inspection;
• After visual inspection and analysis of the journey, one of the following two situations occurs:

A- CONFORM

• Issue of Electronic Tracking Certification (ESA)
• Removal of the tag
• Exit of truck

B- NOT CONFORMED

• Issue of Notice of Refusal of Certification (ARA)
• Removal of the tag
• Customs disputes

6. CASES OF PANNES DURING TRAJET

The Declarer / Driver is required to call the green CB numbers entered on the nearest ESB or Customs Unit for its support.
